Who is responsible

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, the study you selected, optional headcount band, optional briefing format, and the message. We do not ask for national ID numbers, health details, or bank passwords.

From a study: extracts you send. We ask you to strip names. If a name or other identifier remains, we treat it as confidential client data and use it only to complete the commission.

From the site: an essential cookie that stores your cookie choice, and — only if you accept — a quiet visit-count cookie. See the cookie notice.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, to prepare and brief a study, to invoice, and to keep records required under Georgian bookkeeping rules. We do not buy marketing lists and we do not sell your details.

Legal basis

For enquiries and studies, we rely on steps needed to answer you or to perform the engagement, and on legitimate interests in running a small Tbilisi practice. Where consent is required for a non-essential cookie, we ask before setting it.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for up to three years after the last reply, unless a study follows — in which case they sit with the study file. Study files are kept for five years after the briefing (or after the last invoice), then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required for an active dispute or for tax law in Georgia. Cookie choice is stored in your browser until you clear it.

Who we share with

We do not sell personal data. We may use an email host and an accountant in Georgia who see invoices, not payroll extracts. If a court or competent authority in Georgia lawfully requires a file, we will follow that requirement.

International transfers

Our studio and usual processors are in Georgia. If an online briefing uses a video service outside Georgia, we will name it in the scope and use it only for that sitting.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it where the law allows, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to receive a copy in a common format where applicable. Write to hello@terminal-flowhub.digital. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Children

Studies concern organisational workforce files. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this website.

If this notice changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date below.
