How a study is priced

A quote moves when any of these are true: more than one payroll; unit names that changed twice in a year; a request for bilingual labels throughout; a headcount above a few hundred; or a board date that compresses cleaning into nights. We would rather send a higher figure than discover the second company mid-study.

What the fee covers. Cleaning, charts, one draft review, the agreed briefing, and one round of small corrections to labels or a missed unit. Print for studio and on-site briefings. Travel inside Tbilisi is included. Travel elsewhere in Georgia is billed at cost.

What it does not cover. Extra briefings for a second audience, recoding a year of free-text exit notes, buying external pay surveys, or redraws after you change the question. A thirty-day redraw of planning assumptions is included only in the Annual Workforce Plan Briefing.

Deposit and timing. Thirty percent of the agreed fee is due before we open the files. The remainder is due when you accept the draft pack, and in any case before the live session. We invoice in GEL. Bank transfer is the usual method.

How to get a figure. Send a note with headcount band, the study you have in mind, and whether the files live in one system or several. You will not receive a price list disguised as three packages. You will receive a short written scope.

If work is cancelled or a briefing is missed, the refund notice states what can be returned.
