Cookie notice
This page explains the cookies used on the Terminal Flowhub site. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the banner; rejecting does not block a study request.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Some remember a choice you already made. Others help the operator see which pages are opened. They are not the same as the payroll extracts you may later send by email.
What we use
We use an essential cookie so the banner does not return every time you open a page in the same browser. If you accept, we may also set a quiet visit-count cookie so we know whether the studies pages are being read. We do not use advertising networks.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| terminal-flowhub-cookie-consent | Stores whether you accepted or rejected cookies | Up to 12 months (in local storage of your browser) | Terminal Flowhub |
| terminal-flowhub-visit | Counts page opens so we can see which studies are read; set only after Accept | 6 months | Terminal Flowhub |
The consent record is kept under the key terminal-flowhub-cookie-consent. Rejecting leaves the site fully usable, including the contact form.
How to manage or disable cookies
Use Accept or Reject on the banner. You can also clear stored data for this site in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may cause the banner to appear again; it will not stop you reading charts descriptions or sending a note.
Third-party cookies
Type is served from our own files. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts when a page loads; that request is a connection to Google, not a cookie we set. We do not embed third-party advertising.
Impact of disabling
If you reject, we do not set the visit-count cookie. Pages, studies, journal pieces, and the enquiry form continue to work. Your choice does not affect a later commissioned study, which uses files you send on purpose.
Privacy
Personal data connected with the site is described in the privacy notice.
